VCI application instructions

Wear gloves when working with VCI active ingredient
Always wear gloves. Do not touch metal with your bare hands.

Do not leave packaging open for long periods of time.
Metal part is packed in a cardboard box
Parts must be dry, clean and free of grease when packing
Metal part in a box
When packing, the packaged goods temperature must be equal to the ambient temperature
sealed box
The packaging must be closed and sealed. Seal any holes or other damage with adhesive tape. Avoid contact with clean water.
Metal parts packed with VCI film in a box
For high bulk densities, also apply VCI in the center.
Metal parts packed with VCI film in a large carton
Avoid direct contact of metal with wood, paper, or cardboard. Also cover clipboards with VCI.
