COR-MITTER® VCI-EMITTER
For various packaging concepts, the use of Corpalin® VCI film or Cor-Paper® VCI paper is not possible for various reasons. An individual VCI dispenser is required.
Cor-Mitter® VCI dispensers are a simple and uncomplicated way of adding VCI corrosion protection to existing packaging or transport containers or adapting them to increased loads. They can replace conventional corrosion protection agents such as oils, greases or desiccants. The previously necessary removal of coatings, greasing or cleaning of the protected parts is no longer necessary. Your product is ready for immediate use.
The Cor-Mitter® VCI emitters VCI 1000 or VCI 500 fit into practically any transport container and are simply inserted into the packaging or can be inserted into prefabricated recesses. Due to the very high VCI dosage, Cor-Mitters are also suitable for reusable use.
Cor-Mitter® VCI-Strips are endless VCI cords made of polyethylene and offer perfect corrosion protection for hard-to-reach interior spaces, e.g. pipes, profiles or cables with narrow diameters.
