CORPALIN® VCI-side gusseted bag

VCI side-gusseted bags or side-gusseted hoods (or side-gusseted sacks) have inset side gussets, are open on one side, and have no closure. They are manufactured with a bottom seam. The only difference between side-gusseted bags and side-gusseted covers is their size. VCI side-gusseted bags are used for lining crates or wire mesh boxes.

What are the advantages of a VCI side-gusseted bag?

More volume due to the side folds with the same bag width.
Better adaptation to bulky components - less tension on the film reduces the risk of cracks.
Ideal for bulk goods or multiple items

Corpac Corpalin ® VCI films are produced in coextruded quality, with a few exceptions or on special customer request. Thanks to the multi-layer structure, Corpalin ® VCI film can be individually adapted to customer requirements.

When using our Corpalin® VCI film, assemblies made of different metals can be safely protected – thanks to our ICI® (intelligent Corrosion Inhibitors) there is no distinction between active ingredient types.
